      Interesting question from an Advisor this morning. Reply via the Comp Cafe or send me an e-mail at kevin@workcompprofessionals.com if you any insight:

      A client of ours has an injured worker. He’s 70 years old and injured his foot 4 years ago. He’s been basically toughing it out but the pain has gotten to a point that he can’t work his normal hours. The doctors have done all they can; he’s had multiple options. For now on, it basically is what it is.

      Do you know if LTD is an option for him? With it being a WC injury, would LTD even pay? Any information would be very helpful!
