I have a sewer and waterline contractor in FL who has been in business for 20 years and is currently in leasing.
They have had a few small claims over the past 5 years and one shock loss in the $100K plus range.

I would estimate their payroll over $1MM a year and their manual premium close to $100,000.

We have submitted to most of our standard carriers with no offers, most of them have a problem with the work around live traffic exposure. Who should we be submitting to?

Thanks to the community for your replies!

Summit, Zenith and the possibility of entering a PEO were all listed as possibilities.

The big point was being able to tell the story of the injuries they have had. Putting together a submission that helps underwriting understand what happened and what steps have been taken to prevent it from happening again is powerful.
